John has been a commercial trial lawyer for over 25 years.  During that time, he has represented public companies, international service firms, small and mid-sized companies and high net-worth individuals.

 

John represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including travel and transportation, accounting, computer and information technology, chemical, real estate, and insurance.  His expertise extends to securities litigation, antitrust, contracts, accountant and other professional liability, employment, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, and insurance coverage, among other areas.

 

In addition to litigation, John has assisted a number of clients in internal or governmental investigations, including investigations conducted by the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Office of the New York Attorney General, the Internal Revenue Service and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
